HKS is proud to announce that Heath May will succeed Dan Noble as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman. Heath will step into the CEO role in January 2026, following a year of apprenticeship and preparation alongside Dan to ensure a seamless and collaborative transition.

With over 20 years of experience at HKS, Heath serves as the Global Practice Director of LINE (Laboratory for Intensive Exploration). He has been instrumental in advancing the firm’s reputation for computational design, research and innovation. “I am deeply honored to step into this role and build upon the extraordinary foundation that Dan – and CEOs throughout HKS’ 85-year history – have established,” says Heath. “I am excited to lead our talented teams in shaping the future of our firm and embrace the opportunity to shape the future of our industry.”
