Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing and management for two Dallas office buildings owned by Charter Holdings.
The assets, Founders Square and 10000 NCX, total more than 500,000 square feet of prime office space. Stream Managing Director Rhett Miller and Analyst Sam Bass, will lead the leasing efforts.
Founders Square is a 274,010-square-foot, seven-story, mid-rise historic landmark office tower in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Originally built 110 years ago as a warehouse for the Higginbotham-Bailey-Logan Co. dry goods company, it was converted to an office building in 1984.
The property features a skylit atrium-style lobby along with modern tenant amenities, including an on-site deli, conferencing facility, 24-hour security, on-site property management, and a newly renovated parking garage. Charter and Stream will work together to upgrade and update the building, with substantial renovations and capital expenditures planned for 2024 and beyond.
10000 NCX is a 296,358-square-foot, 15-story high-rise office tower located directly off North Central Expressway in Dallas, TX. Built in 1986, the building offers numerous tenant amenities, including a conference facility and tenant lounge, an on-site fitness facility with locker rooms, a deli, as well as on-site 24/7 security. Charter Holdings is currently planning substantial renovations at the property, focusing on both the lobby and an extensive spec suite program.
