Houston is a proven real estate and finance professional who has served in those industries for over 25 years. He boasts specific acumen in mortgage dealings – having owned his own mortgage company for 15 years – and has executed a number of high-profile investment deals. Most recently, Houston served in a leadership role in the land acquisition, construction and sale of successful venture Eric & Jay’s RV Resort. In his new role, Houston is focused on raising capital for a number of projects currently in various stages of development and seeks to procure new project opportunities that may be investable for the firm.
