In the last ten plus years, Mr. Gunter has successfully provided preconstruction services on more than $2 billion and 10 million square feet of construction volume, including the Toyota North American Headquarters, projects at DFW Airport Terminal B, and State Farm at Cityline, among others. Suffolk is currently managing or has recently completed notable projects in the DFW market including The Galbraith, The Terminal at Katy Trail, Dallas Mesquite Government Center and the Terminal C Renovations at Dallas/Fort Worth International. Mr. Gunter joins the team among other recent strategic executive hires, all of which underscore the organization’s commitment to national growth and diversification, thoughtful leadership and operational excellence.
