Matt Hyman has joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as vice president real estate development, industrial. Based in Ryan’s Dallas office, Hyman will focus on expanding and leading industrial development in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets. He previously held a senior level role at Duke Realty Corporation and has been named “Power Broker” by D CEO eight years in a row. Hyman is an active member of North Texas NAIOP and incoming treasurer of NTCAR.
