Transwestern announces that UT Physicians signed a 139,243-square-foot-lease at Bellare Station in an adaptive reuse opportunity that will allow UT Physicians to consolidate their clinic space. The property was repurposed from office space to suit medical office use in the much sought-after Bellaire Submarket.
