Rich joins HPI to head investor relations as Senior Director of Investor Relations, working with current and prospective investors. As Senior Director of Investor Relations, Rich will spearhead the growth of this division, fostering meaningful relationships with investors and ensuring a seamless investment experience. His initial focus will be on completing the capital raise for HPI Self Storage Fund IV, which has already closed over $38mm of the total $100mm target raise. As well, Richard will be working on capitalizing three multifamily and build-to-rent development projects in Austin and Dallas-Ft. Worth. Prior to joining HPI, he was Senior Director of Capital Markets at Alpha Investing, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and RIAs. In 30 years, HPI, a Texas-based real estate services and investments company, has capitalized over $3.6 billion of real estate and raised over $1.4 billion across 175 investments and over 25 million square feet.

Jake’s primary responsibility will be pursuing development and acquisition opportunities across multiple asset classes throughout the country. In his 24 years of experience, Jake’s primary focus has been leading the development of over $4.1 billion and 12,000 units of student housing assets with the nation’s best-in-class owner and operator. Jake’s depth of knowledge in developing complex projects located in multi-state jurisdictions brings added strength to Endeavor’s robust development platform. Jake is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, a board member of First Tee Greater Austin, and a US Army National Guard Veteran.

Christy is one of Gensler’s most respected technical resources, demonstrated by her mastery of design details. As a Principal, Christy will continue to design various large-scale projects in the consumer goods, brand design, and office developer practice areas, and she will also maintain her position as studio director of the office building developer and repositioning team. In his new role as Principal, Lucian offers innovative and unique solutions to meet the challenges of various large-scale industrial and logistics, critical facilities, and build-to-suit and headquarters projects. An experienced project manager, Lucian also serves as a studio director and is a regional leader for design management. Lucian is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that is both precise and timely while maintaining the integrity of original design concepts.

Johnson Development has promoted Jacob W. Rice to Vice President and General Manager of its new community in Katy. Rice has been with Johnson Development since May 2022 serving as Senior Development Manager at Cross Creek Ranch before his promotion. He previously worked as Senior Land Development Manager at Toll Brothers and has been involved with three award-winning master-planned communities. Rice holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University.
