Emily Henry joined the Suffolk team in Dallas as Director of Business Development, supporting the demand for construction and the builder’s expansion into Dallas/Fort Worth. Ms. Henry will be responsible for strategically identifying opportunities and expanding recent project wins.

Ms. Henry has 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry, and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Council, Urban Land institute and the American Society of Landscape Architects

Jennifer Flinn has joined MW Builders as a Preconstruction Manager. Jennifer brings more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry to her current role. In her role as Preconstruction Manger at MW Builders, Jennifer will supervise the estimating team, its functions, projects, and be responsible for managing client relationships. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University.

James Tipton has joined as the Development Manager at Mayfair in New Braunfels. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Tipton previously oversaw development of the 2,400-acre Veramendi master planned community in New Braunfels and will complement the expansion of the Mayfair project in the years to come. As Mayfair’s Development Manager, Tipton is responsible for overseeing construction-related activities, contractor relationships, and execution of key on-the-ground milestones for the project.
