CBRE’s Nate Stricklen earns Vice Chairman title

Austin, TX – CBRE has announced that Nate Stricklen has achieved the honorary title of Vice Chairman, CBRE’s highest title for a producer within the organization. He serves on CBRE’sOccupier Services team in Austin, Texas, where he specializes in office tenant representation.

Since joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Stricklen has become one of Austin’s top office brokers, executing more than 4.5 million square feet of transactions over his CBRE career. Throughout his multiple decade career, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive results and foster strong client relationshipswith some of the world’s largest firms. His strategic mindset and dedication to delivering excellent service has earned him numerous accolades within the commercial real estate industry and has brought him to this great milestone of becoming a Vice Chairman. With his promotion, Mr. Stricklen becomes only the fourth professional within CBRE’s Austin office to earn the distinct title of Vice Chairman.

Stephanie Hopkins, a known leader in hospitality interior design, is thrilled to join B2 Architecture + Design as Strategic Growth Director. With over 20 years of experience designing unique hospitality experiences, she understands the importance of collaborating with hospitality brands, developers, and interior design firms. Marty Shelton, Mohr Partners Inc.

Mohr Partners is proud to recognize the 2023 accomplishments of Marty Shelton, SIOR, CCIM, a Managing Director in its Austin office.
Shelton posted a banner year in 2023, tallying over $100 million worth of transactions as a Tenant-Representative Broker, which consisted of 15 total deals, including five client assignments in Canada and three in Mexico.
