Chris Holechek Hired at White Construction

Chris Holechek has joined White Construction as Director of Construction Services. Over three decades of construction experience is reflected in Chris’ robust portfolio of higher education, hospitality, industrial, corrections, and civil projects. He knows all aspects of the construction industry and has an excellent track record of quality projects built on time and within budget.

Chris will be called upon to oversee project construction from preconstruction through construction and act as the owners’ executive point of contact throughout the project. He is currently assisting with construction services management for a large correctional facility in West Texas.

Andre Lehr Hired at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc.

SSR is pleased to announce that Andre Lehr, LEED BD+C, CxA+BE, BECxP, has joined the firm as a Principal and Client Relationship Manager in Texas. He will be responsible for strategically pursuing new clients and growing market share in education and other institutional markets for SSR’s commissioning service line in the Houston area and, eventually, across central Texas. Andre brings nearly three decades of client and project management experience providing commissioning experience.

Michael Wycough Hired at Texas Gulf Bank, N.A.

Michael Wycough joins Texas Gulf Bank as Senior Vice President – Commercial Loan Officer in our Friendswood location. With over 23 years of banking experience in commercial and consumer lending, his expertise is in construction projects. He will focus on expanding our commercial and consumer client base in the Friendswood and Houston markets by providing the financial solutions they need. A native of the area, he is an active volunteer in the community supporting several local organizations.

Rob Burlingame joined CBRE in 2001 and has spent his entire career with the organization. He holds many prestigious industry designations, including SIOR and CCIM. Josh Aguilar joined CBRE in 2012 and also SIOR-designated. Combined, Rob and Josh have completed numerous transactions totaling more than $2.5 billion.

JLL Capital Markets adds to industrial sales team in Austin, San Antonio offices

 JLL Capital Markets announced that Witt Westbrook and Kyle Mueller have joined its Industrial Investment Sales and Advisory team as Senior Directors focusing on the Central Texas region and broader Texas markets.

Westbrook joins the Austin office and Mueller sits in the San Antonio office. Both Senior Directors will report directly to Senior Managing Directors Doug Opalka and Robert Wooten.

Westbrook brings five years of industry experience, most recently serving as Managing Director at Transwestern. Mueller has been with JLL for over eight years and moved over from the Industrial leasing team to join Capital Markets.

JLL’s Industrial group co-lead and Senior Managing Director Trent Agnew sits in the firm’s Houston office and will provide oversight and leadership alongside Wooten and Opalka for this expansion of “Team Texas” in Austin and San Antonio.
