Gensler names healthcare practice leader for South Central region

Alanna Carter has joined architecture and design firm Gensler to lead the healthcare practice area for the South Central region. This region covers offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Nashville and San Antonio.

Carter brings more than 30 years of design experience spanning projects that include hospitals, clinics, senior living and surgery centers.

Gensler’s healthcare practice now boasts a global network of more than 300 experts.

Cresa Appoints Andrew Brod Principal in Houston Office. Expands Houston team to 24 licensed brokers and dedicated professionals

Prior to joining Cresa, Brod was a Managing Director and the Houston market leader at Whitebox Real Estate. A 20-year veteran in the industry, he has transacted more than two million square feet on behalf of a range of corporate and financial clients in the office, life science and industrial property sectors.
