SRS Real Estate Partners adds retail veteran Michael Kaplan to bolster investment sales and owner services in Dallas-Fort Worth office

Dallas – SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Michael Kaplan has joined its Dallas-Fort Worth office as a Vice President focused on net lease and multi-tenant investment sales as well as project leasing of retail centers. In this role he will work with the SRS Capital Markets team on the sale of unanchored strip centers and will also work as part of the DFW retail team with a focus on project leasing.

Kaplan brings more than 20 years of real estate, restaurant and hospitality experience, with a client list that includes Crow Holdings, Centennial Real Estate, Store Capital, Rosewood Property Company, Brixton Capital, and Capital Square, among others.

Prior to joining SRS, Kaplan was a Vice President at Venture Commercial with a focus on retail investment sales and project leasing. He started his career in the hospitality and restaurant industry and made the transition to commercial real estate over four years ago. He serves on the board of directors for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker.
