Edge Realty Partners makes pair of promotions in Dallas office

Edge Realty Partners promoted brokers Andrew Shaw and Ryan Griffin to Principal. Shaw and Griffin are both based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Griffin specializes in the leasing and sale of free-standing retail buildings and multi-tenant retail centers, representing landlords and tenants. In this role, he capitalizes on over two decades of experience advising investors, developers, and tenants throughout Texas and its neighboring states.

Throughout his career Griffin has negotiated over 800 lease and sale transactions and managed large REIT portfolios for Regency Centers and Leon Capital Group. His current national tenant accounts include Circle K Gas Station, Clean Freak Car Wash, and Mattison Avenue Salon Suites.

Closing more deals over the last two years than any other broker at Edge, Shaw is primarily focused on handling leasing at multi-tenant retail center in Texas. In this role, he has worked with a variety of Landlords, including Brixmor, Rosewood Property Company, Tabani Group, DLC Management, and Kite. Throughout his career, he has leased of over 6.5 million square feet of retail space throughout the region. He also provides site selection for tenants including Ace Hardware, Salad and Go and Wingstop.

Colliers adds 25-year veteran to Dallas office

Fletcher Cordell has joined Colliers as senior vice president in the Dallas office.

With a 25-year career in commercial real estate, Cordell brings a wealth of experience in office leasing and tenant representation. As part of Colliers’ Dallas office leasing team, he will collaborate with Chris Wright, Jack Beare, Cole Moreano, and Lily Jackson to bolster the firm’s investor services capabilities throughout the DFW metroplex.

Cordell, previously Senior Vice President at CBRE, has executed over 10 million square feet of leases throughout his career, working with high-profile clients such as Todd Interests, Goddard Investment Group and JP Morgan. His vast expertise and proven track record have made him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex real estate decisions. Before his seven years at CBRE, Cordell spent 16 years at Transwestern, establishing his presence in the Dallas real estate market.

Cordell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business from the University of Texas. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and his industry influence extends beyond transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for Downtown Dallas, Inc., and is a member of the Corporate Relocation and Economic Development Task Force for the Dallas Regional Chamber.

As Vice President of Asset Management at The Vecino Group, Andrew Jacobs will ensure the company’s national portfolio of properties exceeds expectations.
