Dustin Webber is the COO of American Revitalization Company, LLC (ARC), leading the implementation of innovative solutions for industry revitalization and historical preservation. He oversees operations, product development, quality assurance, marketing, and investor relations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

With over 25 years of experience, Dustin joined ARC in 2024 as Director of Operations, later promoted to COO for his leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Houston, a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and a post-doctoral degree in Taxation from NYU School of Law. Dustin is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. His legal career includes structuring mergers for S&P 500 companies and serving as a Senior Attorney for the IRS.
