Cooper joined Stream in 2020 as Managing Director and was promoted to Executive Vice Chairman in 2021.Since then, he has played a pivotal role in establishing Stream’s office tenant representation business within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, solidifying the firm’s position as a top service provider in North Texas. His vast experience in managing headquarters and corporate relocations, build-to-suit projects, and lease transactions has been invaluable.
