Alex Perkins hired at LV Collective

Newmark hires Meredith Cullen as Senior Managing Director, expanding land services group in Houston

Newmark has hired industry veteran Meredith Cullen as a Senior Managing Director within the firm’s Land Services group. Based in Houston, Cullen will focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and retail land developments and master-planned communities, expanding the firm’s land services capabilities in the region. He will report to Ran Holman, Executive Vice President and Texas Market Leader.

Prior, he managed the Cullen Realty Group, specializing in the marketing and sale of land, ranches, buildings, homes, condominiums and other properties. He was also the real estate Chief Investment Officer for Roy H Cullen Operations Company for more than a decade, where he successfully underwrote a multitude of multifamily, master-planned community and mixed-use projects.

The Signorelli Company names Cathy Reich Senior Vice President of Accounting

With nearly 20 years of experience, Reich has successfully managed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions and handled financial and accounting operations for land holdings, development, acquisitions and property management.

Reich’s responsibilities included management of bank accounts and cash flow, improving accounting systems, optimizing financial resources, treasury and tax reporting, staff development, and contributing to an annual increase of more than half million dollars in corporate net income.

Reich is a Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in accounting.

Dallas’ Corgan names chief operating officer and principal

Dallas-based architecture and design firm Corgan appointed Bob Rayes as Chief Operating Officer and Principal.

Rayes previously served as Corgan’s Chief Information Officer for nine years.

In his new position, Rayes will manage expense and capital budgets; lead business planning and governance; and oversee operational efficiencies, advancement, innovation, and governance. He will also continue to lead all aspects of technology, including its acquisition, deployment, management, and security.
