Jordan Walker has joined the Austin office of Weitzman as a Senior Vice President in charge of directing its newly formed Industrial Division. The new division will utilize Weitzman’s large network of clients and Walker’s track record as one of the most successful industrial brokers in Central and South Texas. At Weitzman, Walker now handles industrial project representation, industrial tenant representation and land sales.

Prior to Weitzman, Walker was a vice president with CBRE in Austin.

MYCON General Contractors, Inc. has promoted Hayden Tuley to Vice President of the Special Projects division. Since joining MYCON in 2012 as a project engineer, Tuley has been instrumental in driving growth and operational success across grocery, retail, distribution center, and automation renovations. In his new role, he will focus on diversifying the division’s portfolio by expanding into new markets, cultivating new clients, and overseeing a broader range of project types.

LV Collective recently welcomed Alex Perkins as President of Multifamily. In this role, Alex will define and execute the firm’s multifamily platform, overseeing strategy, development, capital markets, operations, and asset management.

Patty Dominguez is the Vice President of Business Development for Cosentino Americas. With nearly 17 years at Cosentino, including her most recent role as VP of A&D Sales, she has been pivotal in elevating the brand by cultivating new business with architects, designers, and kitchen & bath dealers, driving exponential growth in the U.S. Additionally, Dominguez has championed innovations in sustainable, low-silica products, reinforcing Cosentino’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Newmark has hired industry veteran Meredith Cullen as a Senior Managing Director within the firm’s Land Services group. Based in Houston, Cullen will focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and retail land developments and master-planned communities, expanding the firm’s land services capabilities in the region. He will report to Ran Holman, Executive Vice President and Texas Market Leader.

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Cullen has completed more than 200 transactions with a total value exceeding $2 billion. Before joining Newmark, Cullen co-led a top land brokerage team as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior, he managed the Cullen Realty Group, specializing in the marketing and sale of land, ranches, buildings, homes, condominiums and other properties. He was also the real estate Chief Investment Officer for Roy H Cullen Operations Company for more than a decade, where he successfully underwrote a multitude of multifamily, master-planned community and mixed-use projects.
