She serves on Amegy Bank’s Advisory Board and is a Lifetime Board Member of Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital.

In his 13 years with the firm, Clayton has demonstrated excellence in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering; dedication to producing quality work; and a track record of success within our company.

He began his career at Bay as a designer in 2012 and quickly rose up the ranks. He excels at collaboration, working with the design team to solve problems and customize solutions for each client. His body of work includes high-rise office buildings, corporate campuses, and high-end interior finish-outs.

Clayton is leading Bay into the future and its second quarter century. His near-term focus is on expanding Bay’s presence to include more markets outside of Central Texas, and into growth industries like education and medical office buildings.
