Tom’s career includes 35 years in the real estate and banking industries, holding a variety of executive positions at both private and publicly-owned companies. In his role, Tom will oversee the day-to-day operations, as well as provide leadership to develop and execute on the company’s mission and operating strategies.

West will develop and grow third-party management relationships in Texas, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada. Pape-Dawson Engineers, LLC is excited to announce the hiring of Grace Tsai, P.E., PMP, as Vice President, Commercial Land Development. Ms. Tsai began her career at Pape-Dawson and now returns after 15 years in the public sector, bringing over 23 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and quality assurance.
