Cynthia Foteh hired at HPM

Cynthia Foteh has joined HPM’s Austin office as Director of Business Development. Foteh brings over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors of the AEC industry to her new role, where she will spearhead strategic business initiatives for HPM in the Texas market. Previously, she served as the Business Development Manager at Powers Brown Architecture and Director of Business Development at WGA Consulting Engineers.

Balancing his time between the firm’s LA and Austin offices, Dan manages an active roster of projects in both cities. Leading the firm’s growing Texas practice and their recently-opened office in downtown Austin, Dan’s current local projects include: Verde Square with Karlin Real Estate and Ironwood Real Estate in Austin and 2500 Cedar Springs in Dallas, a 1.4 million SF mixed-use development in the Uptown district with Lincoln Property Company. Dan has also worked extensively in Houston, including several developments in the Galleria area. Outside of Texas, Dan continues to manage large-scale projects in Los Angeles, Toronto and Mexico, including several film and television production studios as well as large-scale mixed-use master plans. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and AIA.

A Principal based in TBG’s Houston office, Wes is a talented designer and project manager with nearly 20 years’ experience working throughout the United States and internationally. His responsibilities encompass everything from staff coordination to overseeing projects from initial design to construction. Additionally, he has been integrally involved with Scenic Houston’s efforts to establish a Streetscape Resource Guide for greater Houston and the Houston/Gulf Coast chapter of Texas ASLA.
