Ybriani Basilio hired at ARCO Design/Build

Basilio is a U.S. Navy veteran with a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Houston and is pursuing his MBA at Rice University. He brings over five years of experience in commercial construction and government contracting. At ARCO, he oversees full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery of high-value industrial and commercial facilities across the Greater Houston area.

Jason Lentz joins Conor Commercial Real Estate’s Dallas office as Senior Vice President – Multi-Family

 Dallas, Texas – Conor Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that Jason Lentz has joined the firm as Senior Vice President – Multi-Family. Lentz will oversee the firm’s multi-family development initiatives in Texas and the greater southwestern United States.

Lentz comes to Conor with 26 years of experience in multi-family real estate, including the development, design, financing, management, and construction of 3,500 units with a market capitalization in excess of $800 million. Most recently, he served as Managing Director – Partner at Vista Residential Partners and Senior Director of Development – Southwest Region at LIV Development.

Lentz is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate.
