A 14-year veteran in the industry and no stranger to the market, Kyle has developed his career on local project sites, the last eight of which have been in Project Management, delivering best-in-class projects and cultivating customer relationships. Kyle looks forward to collaborating with customers to help identify their biggest challenges and needs. Leveraging DPR’s technical expertise, he will develop strategies to help achieve customers’ business needs and goals.

Phillip Moore has been promoted to Senior Leasing Director of Patrinely Group. Based in Houston, Phillip has been working on Patrinely’s office and retail leasing activities. In his new role, he will continue these duties in addition to working on the firm’s industrial leasing activities. Phillip is a Developing Leaders Member in NAIOP and has been with Patrinely since 2020.

Nick Naumann has been promoted to senior vice president with the Austin office of Weitzman. Naumann specializes in general retail brokerage, including retail project leasing, retail tenant representation, and investment sales throughout the Austin area.

Naumann has represented several notable clients, including Stratus Properties Inc., Crow Holdings, Rainier, Harbert Management Corporation, Lincoln Property Company and VEREIT. As a tenant representative, Naumann’s retailer clients include Mayweather Boxing and Fitness, Taco Cabana, Pollo Regio, Minotti, Crisp and Green, The Halal Guys, MyCryoFit, Benjamin Moore, FastSigns, Kid’s Empire and Mudbugs, among others.

Naumann is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. On the community level, he is a volunteer with Marathon Kids, which promotes healthy and active lifestyles for special-needs children.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a member of the UT Men’s Tennis Team.

Since joining HPI in 2016, Kendall has continued to master her craft in the commercial real estate process, providing clients with creative workplace strategies and exceptional service. In 2019 she was named one of Austin Inno’s 25 Under 25, and she was recently named to the Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list as one of Austin’s top tenant representatives. Ryan Mattox is the Vice President of Land Acquisition for Taylor Morrison Homes in Austin. In his role, Ryan acquires multi-family and high-density land to accommodate the explosive growth the Austin area continues to experience. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate in the Austin and San Antonio markets. Ryan is currently serving on the Austin Habitat Real Estate Committee. He will serve a three-year term with Austin Habitat for Humanity starting in 2023.

Tony is an Associate at Rise Commercial Partners who specializes in tenant representation, focused on identifying strategic opportunities for the firm and its clients. Prior to joining Rise, Tony was a member of The Retail Strategy as a Real Estate Coordinator.
