Mr. Valdez lives in Georgetown, TX and spends his time away with his wife, Yesenia, and 3 kids.

Savage Land is pleased to announce our newest team member moving into 2023, Mr. Travis McClinton. Joining us from the DFW area, Travis will spearhead Savage Land’s continued efforts to dominate the luxury, high-end commercial construction exteriors market across the Austin skyline and surrounding areas while also managing various portfolio projects.

Travis touts a background with 12+ years of sales and business development. The high energy, new direct communication style, and modern approach to relationships that Travis brings to the company will help shape the strategic business initiatives that Savage Land has implemented for 2023. We believe Travis will provide exceptional development oversight and success in navigating the Austin area politics in commercial development.

Travis married his high school sweetheart, Teresa McClinton, in 2021. Shortly after they decided to start a new chapter of their lives here in the Hill Country and have sense made the move down.

Becky Dubner joined Pagewood in 2023 as the Creative Marketing Director and will oversee all marketing efforts and initiatives for Pagewood’s real estate investments. She has experience in graphic design, creative direction, account management, brand strategy, and campaign development where she uses a big-picture approach to deliver maximum impact on her projects and has worked in design for over six years.

Prior to joining Pagewood, Becky worked at Versa Creative where she led campaign strategies for multiple companies including the City of Houston, Harris County Department of Education, YES Prep and The Mom Project. Becky also worked as a marketing specialist and graphic designer for a top commercial real estate firm in Texas.

She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in advertising and considers herself the consummate Houstonian, a passionate animal lover, and a connector of people. Go Sooners!
