Renee joined Ledgestone Development Group in May of 2020, working with the accounting team. She was shortly thereafter promoted to Resources Manager, where her duties were expanded to human resources. In 2022, Renee was promoted to Vice President of Administration. She currently oversees all human resources, office management, IT, legal coordination, land closings, and executive coordination. Renee received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
