Becky Wisdom recently joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as director of marketing. Based in Ryan’s Austin office, Wisdom will focus on strategic marketing initiatives and business development in the south central region. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate marketing experience to her new role. Previously, Wisdom held leadership positions with Brookfield Properties, JLL, and CBRE. She is also an active member of ULI and RECA.

Amerant Bank, one of the nation’s largest community banks, with a growing presence in Houston, Texas, has appointed Caroline Vérot Moore as EVP, Houston Market President.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, Vérot Moore is a highly skilled finance professional and will oversee multiple business sectors in the market, including commercial banking, commercial real estate, retail, private and business banking, specialty finance, and treasury management.

Flack joins McGriff as a marketing account executive in its real estate practice, part of its Specialty business. She previously was with a private equity real estate firm, where she was vice president of risk management. Prior to that, Flack spent 15 years as an insurance broker focused on large, complex real estate owners, operators and developers. Her technical acumen and firsthand client-centric experience will help McGriff advocate for and advise clients in this challenging market.
