Clune Construction has promoted Tyler Stevenson to Vice President, Project Executive. Stevenson joined Clune in 2018, managing various high-profile Mission Critical projects. He was then tapped to manage Kirkland & Ellis’ newest award-winning build-out in Dallas. Stevenson has continued to help build Clune’s Texas portfolio and manages multiple teams for Clune’s Dallas office. He earned his B.S. degree in construction management from Texas A&M University.

Cushing Terrell welcomes Kevin Stewart as director of the firm’s Food and Beverage Design Studio. A registered architect in TX, AZ, and ID, he brings more than 20 years of experience to the team, ranging from hospitality, food and beverage, and cultural projects to commercial office, mixed-use, multi-family, and single-family residential projects. Stewart will support Cushing Terrell’s strategic goal to expand its multidisciplinary food and beverage work for clients across the United States.

The Austin Board of REALTORS® has named Dr. Clare Losey as its first housing economist. In her role, she will provide analysis and commentary on the Austin economy and housing market using econometric and statistical models. Dr. Losey’s expertise will also allow ABoR to produce ongoing reports on all aspects of the Central Texas economy. Previously, Losey served as an assistant research economist at the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University.

In his new role, he will continue to be responsible for guiding everything from business development and account management services to strategic growth and overall design-build operations for the manufacturing business unit.
