Mark Monroe’s practice emphasizes retail and office leasing, shopping center development, and complex real estate transactions. He has negotiated hundreds of leases with national and regional tenants—including anchors, junior anchors, and inline retailers—across shopping centers and mixed-use projects throughout North America. Serving as outside general counsel to publicly traded companies, Mark has led high-volume leasing and development projects from site acquisition through lease-up.

With almost two decades of experience in the relocation management and facility service industries, Megan Monette McDaniel brings her strategic insight, client dedication, and business development acumen to her leadership role as VP of National Accounts at Move Solutions, Ltd., a Total Office Solutions company.

As an expert in best practices and strategies to deliver exceptional results to her clients, Megan oversees the planning and execution of complex, large-scale relocation projects for commercial offices and warehouses worldwide. She manages a national team of account managers, ensuring high-touch service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction throughout every stage of the relocation process. Megan is responsible for new business development, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and overseeing large accounts. She has earned a reputation for creative problem-solving, clear communication, and delivering consistent results.

Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC) announces the promotion of Bryce Orr to Chief Financial Officer. Orr will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations at HLC, building on his diverse experience across multiple business functions since joining in 2019.
His previous roles included managing HLH family office and serving as Senior Vice President over leasing operations, where he streamlined processes and enhanced cross-divisional coordination.

Prior to HLC, Orr worked as a CPA at Ernst & Young and holds degrees from Abilene Christian University and SMU’s MBA program with a concentration in corporate finance.

As part of his new role, Carson will support Granite’s efforts to raise capital for its diversified investment strategy.

Jake is an investment sales associate for Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Austin. He previously worked as an intern for Franklin Street and recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics. In his new role, Jake will focus on expanding Franklin Street’s market presence in secondary Texas markets.
