Based in Ryan’s Austin office, Wisdom will focus on strategic marketing initiatives and business development in the south central region. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate marketing experience to her new role. Previously, Wisdom held leadership positions with Brookfield Properties, JLL, and CBRE. She is also an active member of ULI and RECA.

Flack joins McGriff as a marketing account executive in its real estate practice, part of its Specialty business. She previously was with a private equity real estate firm, where she was vice president of risk management. Prior to that, Flack spent 15 years as an insurance broker focused on large, complex real estate owners, operators and developers. Her technical acumen and firsthand client-centric experience will help McGriff advocate for and advise clients in this challenging market.
