Mr. Wright joined Vista in 2014 and has been Senior Vice President of Development since 2019. Syd Hurley founded Vista in 2007 and will continue in his role as Chairman. Vista is a boutique investment and development company specializing in retail properties along the I-35 corridor in Texas. Vista operates a real estate portfolio of 3.4 million square feet primarily for its own account, and a select group of third-party clients. “Colton and I have been planning this transition for the past three years; I couldn’t be more excited for Colton and our great team at Vista,” Hurley said. Mr. Wright graduated from Texas A&M University having earned a BBA in Finance (‘04) and a Master’s of Real Estate (’05). “I am excited to take this next step and looking forward to continuing the great work we have been doing,” Wright added.

Jackson Walker congratulates Carey L. Hain and Lauren Hunsaker on their 2023-2024 elections to leadership positions within the Houston Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section. Carey will serve as Chair-Elect and Lauren will serve as a Council Member. Carey previously served as Secretary and Treasurer of the HBA Real Estate Law Section.

Parkhill is pleased to announce the key addition of Adam Hillman, AIA, NCARB, PMP, LEED AP BD+C as Senior Practice Leader for Healthcare. Adam joins the multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm with 15 years of experience in healthcare architecture in both for-profit and nonprofit health systems nationwide. As a member of Parkhill, Adam will focus on business development and market growth in the North Texas region.
