DALLAS – Westmount Realty Capital, a private national real estate investment firm with offices throughout the country, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gina Morrison as the new director of recruiting and team development. Morrison has over a decade of extensive experience in human resources, working in a broad range of industries with a proven track record of success in recruiting top-tier talent. She will be responsible for sustaining the firm’s culture, enhancing employee engagement and driving team development.

Prior to joining Westmount, Morrison was the director of recruiting at MCS where she was responsible for building teams within property preservation, single-family rental maintenance and commercial property maintenance nationwide.
Morrison also served as the director of people and culture for Five Star Global LLC, a national trade association supporting the U.S. residential mortgage and real estate market. While there she rebuilt the event planning, marketing and editorial teams in a post- COVID environment and partnered with leadership to reinvigorate the culture. Her innovation and forward-thinking approach to talent enabled her to build consultative, collaborative, and coaching relationships with senior leadership.

MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has welcomed Bill McDonnell as Vice President of Operations. Bill is a seasoned leader with over 29 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. In this role, Bill will oversee efforts to improve operational performance by fostering personnel development, enhancing training and mentoring programs, streamlining operations from office to field, and maximizing efficiencies, quality, and uncompromising safety.

Skanska has proudly promoted Todd Reeves to Vice President – Account Manager in North Texas. Todd has been instrumental in the development of some of DFW’s most innovative projects and is a driving force behind Skanska’s continued success. He began his career as a Skanska intern and since then he has worked with clients such as UT Systems, DFW Airport, IBM, and has delivered numerous Collin College projects. He is currently working with multiple higher education clients throughout the region.

Tahnee Sauer joins Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) as its new Central Texas marketing manager. With an extensive art and design background, Tahnee leads and manages AP Central Texas’ marketing projects including branding and positioning. She also provides marketing strategy support to teams across Central Texas departments and service lines. The Texas State graduate currently serves on the Communications Committee of the SMPS Austin Chapter.

Mick recently moved to Headwater, a commercial real estate company located in Georgetown, Texas. This was an exciting change for the value-driven, senior leader with more than 30 years of experience in business development and operations. The move was motivated by the desire to continue to work with good people and Headwater’s unique ability to invest, develop and manage a variety of product types across the property life cycle. They are poised for exponential growth over the next several years which will be augmented by Mick’s extensive private and public sector experience which will bring a unique perspective. He is excited to continue building deep and meaningful relationships, connecting with great people, and making a difference in the communities they serve.

As the Director of Operations, Kelly is responsible for day-to-day operations on behalf of Pagewood’s platform to ensure successful top-tier processes and progressive growth from Human Resources to Investor Relations. Prior to Pagewood, Kelly served as Vice President – Operations at Lane Property Tax Advocates for 8 years. She was instrumental in growing operations from 4 people to 13 personnel with a company portfolio that had a footprint in +88 counties in Texas.
