Susan Barr hired at FGM Architects

Alma McElroy hired at FGM Architects

FGM Architects announces that Alma McElroy, AIA, LEED AP has joined the firm as a Senior Project Architect. McElroy has practiced architecture at a variety of Austin area firms including Page Southerland Page, Inc., Levy Architects and GSC Architects. Her breadth of design experience includes PK-12 schools and Higher Education, Corporate and Science/Technology facility design. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

The Signorelli Company announces New Chief Financial Officer

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS —The Signorelli Company, one of the largest privately held real estate development firms in Texas, announced today that Harry Dinham has joined the company as chief financial officer. In this role, he will oversee accounting and finance for the dynamic, multi-faceted development company. With nearly 30 years of combined experience as a senior financial executive and CFO, Dinham has overseen more than $2 Billion in real estate transactions and has extensive experience in leading the accounting and finance functions for homebuilding operations, land acquisition, build to rent and property management.

Prior to joining The Signorelli Company, Dinham was vice president of finance at Taylor Morrison Homes, one of the top five single-family homebuilders in the U.S. Previous experience includes serving as vice president of finance at McKinley Homes, chief financial officer of Traton Homes, and as chief consultant at HMBO Consulting, where he led risk management, cash flow, and IOP analyses for privately held companies, equity firms, real estate hedge funds and ultra-high net worth individuals.   

Dinham holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and completed a graduate certificate in mergers and acquisitions transaction from Kennesaw State University.  

Dinham joins as The Signorelli Company recently launched Austin Point, a 4,700-acre regionally transformative, master-planned town, the largest master planned development to be announced in over 40 years in Fort Bend County. The mixed-use development, which will be located at the future intersection of Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway, is planned to bring over 15 million square feet dedicated to serving office, medical, retail, hospitality andmulti-family needs, along with 14,000 residences. Construction of the first phase of Austin Point is scheduled to begin this fall, with the first homes available for purchase in early 2025.  

The Signorelli Company currently builds and develops across all nine counties included in the Greater Houston area and recently expanded with new home construction in the San Antonio and Austin markets. The industry veteran has been delivering successful master planned and mixed-use communities for over a quarter of a century, including the award-winning Valley Ranch and Granger Pines communities in Montgomery County. The company also recently announced plans for a new 3,000-acre master planned community in Splendora.
