Michael brings over two decades of experience providing tax services to large and mid-capitalized public and private companies with a focus in real estate and private equity. His experience includes consulting on US tax issues related to US and foreign investments. Michael brings deep knowledge in partnership tax, state tax, international reporting of flow throughs, ASC 740, and other various specialty tax matters.
