Ted Rohan has been named principal of Avison Young. He is based in the firm’s Austin, Texas, office. 

Rohan joins the more than 30 Principals honored as part of the Avison Young 2024 Principal Class. These Principals are industry leaders who embody the Avison Young collaborative culture, partnership ethos, and client-first mentality. 

Rohan has been with the firm for eight years and specializes in tenant representation.

Rohan takes a comprehensive approach while advising clients on their real estate strategies to provide cost-saving and innovative solutions. With nearly a decade of experience, he has a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations in excess of $200 million in transaction value.
