Citadel Partners brings in Lindsay Brunkenhoefer in chief strategy leadership role

DALLAS, Texas – Citadel Partners leadership recently hired commercial real estate pro Lindsay Brunkenhoefer to its newly created Chief Strategy Officer position at the corporate real estate advisory firm.  

In this new role, Brunkenhoefer will use her extensive experience to streamline top-level processes and lead the firm’s recruiting and training efforts while striving to increase Citadel Partners’ market presence with new business opportunities.

Brunkenhoefer brings years of both advisory and operations experience to her new role. She has more than six years of experience working her way up from associate to vice president with a specialty focus on office leasing.

Among her career highlights include a three-floor, 83k SF landlord rep lease for Piedmont Office Realty Trust at Las Colinas Corporate Center (LCCC). Javelin Energy Partners relocated to LCCC, making the newly leased space its corporate headquarters. The transaction was one of the largest Las Colinas office lease deals in 2023.

She also represented Hines, Westdale and Ivanhoe Cambridge in the full lease-up of their 211k SF The Stack Deep Ellum office building. The building was fully leased within 11 months of delivery with significant leases including 102k SF to TRG; 46k SF to Worldwide Express, and 42k SF to Bestow.

The Lake Highlands native attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a BBA in finance with a minor in accounting. She was also named a D CEO Power Broker in 2023 and 2024.
