Terracon announces the promotion of Rhonda Alford to the position of Principal. With 34 years of experience, Rhonda leads Terracon’s Austin Environmental department which consists of a team of environmental scientists, geologists, biologists, archeologists, and architectural historians offering full service environmental consulting. Over her 30-year tenure with Terracon, she has navigated clients through complex environmental requirements on more than 3,800 projects.
