Elaine Hammett has been appointed Vice President of Operations and General Manager for Best Facility Services, a leading provider of facility management solutions across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Hammett assumes operations responsibilities from founder and CEO Mark Borge, who has led the company’s success since 2004. Borge will continue as a local owner and advisor to the company.
