Brad Carbo joins rand* construction as a Managing Director. In this role, he will lead strategic market initiatives to scale the business while tapping into his commercial real estate industry network. He will have a large focus on the team, ensuring their peak performance, and securing rand*’s status as a premier commercial general contractor in the Dallas market. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and prior to joining rand* construction, Carbo held various positions with JLL over the past 10 years, most recently serving as the Managing Director – South Central Region Project & Development Services Lead where he was responsible for leading teams in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Kansas City. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director – Austin PDS Lead.
