May 9, 2023 (for immediate release) — Vista Property Company announces Colton Wright has been named President. Mr. Wright joined Vista in 2014 and has been Senior Vice President of Development since 2019. Syd Hurley founded Vista in 2007 and will continue in his role as Chairman. Vista is a boutique investment and development company specializing in retail properties along the I-35 corridor in Texas. Vista operates a real estate portfolio of 3.4 million square feet primarily for its own account, and a select group of third-party clients. “Colton and I have been planning this transition for the past three years; I couldn’t be more excited for Colton and our great team at Vista,” Hurley said. Mr. Wright graduated from Texas A&M University having earned a BBA in Finance (‘04) and a Master’s of Real Estate (’05). “I am excited to take this next step and looking forward to continuing the great work we have been doing,” Wright added.
