Stephen joins Dunaway as a Vice President, bringing over three decades of experience in bridge inspection and engineering services as the owner of Bontempo Structural Engineering, Inc. In his new role, Stephen will continue to lead best practices in planning, scheduling, inspections, load rating, and quality control, delivering even greater value to our clients and communities.
