He has negotiated hundreds of leases with national and regional tenants—including anchors, junior anchors, and inline retailers—across shopping centers and mixed-use projects throughout North America. Serving as outside general counsel to publicly traded companies, Mark has led high-volume leasing and development projects from site acquisition through lease-up.
