He will lead the firm’s road design practice throughout Texas and enhance our Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and municipal client capabilities and relationships. Whit has 25 years of extensive experience in engineering, planning, design, construction oversight, alternative delivery, and program management services for state, municipal, toll, and regional mobility authorities.
