DALLAS, TX – SRS Real Estate Partners today announced that Brant Landry has been elected to its Board of Directors. Landry joined SRS as Managing Principal of SRS Industrial in April 2022 to establish and grow a national industrial service line for the company. Over the last two yearsLandry has led the industrial team through tremendous growth, including adding 17 team members in five key markets around the country. 

“Brant’s deep industry expertise and proven track record have been instrumental in the rapid expansion of our industrial practice,” said SRS CEO and Chairman of the Board Chris Maguire. “This service line grew out of client demand and is now a critical part of our success as a company. As the leader of that business, Brant’s strategic vision and leadership will be invaluable to the Board as we continue to grow our business.”

Landry is based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Dallas and his roots with the company run deepwith relationships that span more than two decades. He previously founded Landry Commercial Real Estate Services and co-founded Reserve Capital Partners. Throughout his career, he has facilitated more than 600 industrial, retail and office lease and sale transactions.

Since joining SRS, Landry has led the Industrial team to achieve exceptional results, completing $1.2 billion in transaction value and over 10 million square feet of industrial properties leased or sold.
