Jackson Randolph joined Pagewood in 2023 as Vice President focusing on sourcing and executing value-add multifamily development. He has experience in debt underwriting, marketing transactions to capital providers, and transaction management throughout the closing process. Before Pagewood and during his tenure with Newmark, he directly facilitated the placement of debt for in excess of $3.6 billion of transaction volume across more than 18,700 multifamily units.
