Congratulations to Granite’s Senior Property Manager, Cindy Magouirk, CPM, RPA, for being recognized as IREM’s 2021 Houston Property Manager of the Year and REDNews’ 2022 Property Manager of the Year. Cindy joined Granite in 2019, and is responsible for all aspects of Eldridge, an 825,000 SF, Class-A, three-building office complex in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Previously she served as a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE. Cindy is a Houston IREM board member and a BOMA Foundation member.
