As Vice President of Property Management for Central Texas, Mr. Kovach will be responsible for overseeing Partners’ portfolio of managed property in the Austin and San Antonio markets, ensuring the firm’s property management clients receive the elevated level of service delivery provided by Partners’ experts. He will report directly to Cliff Parker, Senior Vice President of Property Management.
Mr. Kovach brings nearly three decades of experience managing and leasing commercial properties to his new role, joining Partners from Belvoir Real Estate Group. His past work experience includes progressive responsibilities at Hines, Caldwell Watson, and Moody Rambin, overseeing portfolios including high-profile Class A properties in the Houston CBD, Class A and B suburban office properties and mixed-use office warehouse properties. Recently he led the Property Management divisions of Moody Rambin and Belvoir Real Estate Group.
The addition of Mr. Kovach to the Partners team comes on the heels of a busy few months for its Investor Services platform. Partners Investor Services business offers integrated, in-house solutions for Property Management, Project Leasing, Facilities Management, Project and Construction Management, and other commercial real estate services and investment opportunities, providing a seamless one-stop experience for the company’s investor client’ needs. Earlier this year, Jennifer Clendening was tapped from CBRE to lead Partners’ Investor Services platform; and Vince Strake came over from Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Vice President specializing in Office Project Leasing.

Mr. Kovach is a native Texan, earning his bachelor’s degree in general business administration/finance from Sam Houston State University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Mr. Kovach is a longstanding committee volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. In addition to being a Certified Property Manager, he also holds a Texas Real Estate License.
