Transwestern Bolsters Research & Analytics Team with Addition of Brad Hauser

(MARCH. 5, 2021 – HOUSTON) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the addition of Brad Hauser as Vice President of Research & Analytics. Based in Transwestern’s corporate office in Houston, Hauser will oversee market intelligence, data analysis and research deliverables for Houston. Hauser’s hire and the addition of Thomas Galvin as Research Manager for Transwestern’s Los Angeles office highlight the company’s effort to expand on its comprehensive platform of business analytics to better serve clients and team members alike. “Transwestern’s commitment to arm clients with the best possible data and trend analysis to inform their real estate strategies is evidenced by this growth in our Research & Investment Analytics platform,” said Kevin Roberts, Transwestern’s Southwest President. “Brad’s data science and business analytics expertise, coupled with his experience in distilling that information into actionable market trends, will continue to enhance our ability to anticipate the evolving needs of our clients and advise them effectively.” Hauser has 12 years of industry experience focusing on implementing new technology for information analysis and building operations, as well as creating research platforms for both internal and external stakeholders for some of the country’s largest real estate service companies. Prior to joining Transwestern, Hauser was the Head of Data Intelligence at CBRE overseeing the Texas Region. “I am very excited to join the team at Transwestern and contribute my skills to an already experienced and talented team.
