ECR is pleased to announce that Tiffany Lauchlan has joined the Austin team as the new Director of Property Management Services. With over 20 years of experience in property and construction management, Tiffany focuses on a client-centric approach. Tiffany made the move to Austin from Silicon Valley, where she led a team that managed over 5 million square feet of commercial property. She is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM), the 2020 BOMA Pacific Southwest President, and a past board member of the BOMA & IREM Board of Directors. Tiffany has a passion for leading and building teams who are devoted to best serving the specific needs of each client. Her expertise can be seen in tenant relations, community-driven initiatives, and team management. Personally, Tiffany has managed Class A office product, retail, and industrial in Southern California, Northern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. She has worked directly with MetLife, Prudential, Ellis Partners, Clarion ING, New York Life, Silicon Labs, and GE Capital – to name a few. “We are thrilled to have Tiffany join our team. She brings a wealth of leadership experience from different companies and markets to our team. Further, her nickname “Turbo” is showing with her tenacity each day.
