Thirty-year Commercial Real Estate Veteran John Jacobs Joins Citadel Partners as Advisor

Thirty-year commercial real estate veteran John Jacobs joined Citadel Partners as an advisor within the firm’s office division. Jacobs’ illustrious career in economic development in the Richardson and Garland communities creates a synergy that he will bring with him to Citadel.

Jacobs’ vast experience will be instrumental to the growth of the Citadel Partners services platform as he is adept at negotiating local and state incentives, Jessen says. Jacobs possesses tremendous skill at identifying workforce training grants and working with municipal governments on zoning and code matters, he adds.

Jacobs has worked on many high-profile projects including Cisco Systems, Raytheon, and GEICO, among many others. He has worked in corporate solutions advisory services for office building developers and is adept at municipal incentive work within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Jesse notes.
