Paul Cooke III is an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage at The Retail Connection and he primarily focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Paul’s passion for retail commercial real estate began at O-Venture, leather goods and, accessories company, as he went door-to-door conducting market assisting in the establishment of target markets to help grow the store and distribution base to over 3,000 stores nationwide. Prior to joining TRC, Paul worked for Tony Fay Public Relations, where he was responsible for producing final video presentations to recruit the NCAA Women’s Final Four Bid to Dallas. He also managed the public relations for the 2019 CFP National College Football Championship. Additionally, Paul’s video production experience led to a collaboration with Jerry Jones for his NFL Hall of Fame induction video. Paul graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
