Stream Realty Partners Recruits Dallas Commercial Real Estate Veteran, Greg Biggs To Grow Office Tenant Representation Platform

DALLAS – April 19, 2022 – A 32-year veteran of Dallas commercial real estate has joined Stream Realty Partners to embrace its entrepreneurial spirit and reunite with three former colleagues.

Stream, national real estate services, development, and investment company, has recruited Greg Biggs as an Executive Vice President in its Dallas office. He will be responsible for expanding the firm’s office tenant representation business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His expertise covers structuring complex build-to-suits, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions for office properties. He previously served as a Director of Development for Dallas-based Cawley Partners.

“I see great value and proven success in Stream’s entrepreneurial approach to real estate,” Biggs said. “The drive and passion that come from the company’s people show they truly care about their work. It creates a terrific and exciting culture that I’m looking forward to being a part of and making a positive difference.” Biggs previously worked alongside Stream Vice Chairman Randy Cooper and Managing Directors Craig Wilson and Dan Harris at Cushman & Wakefield and Cassidy Turley and said he’s “excited to get to work with them again at Stream.” Biggs moved to JLL in 2013 and spent more than seven years there before moving to Cawley Partners.

“We’re excited to have Greg rejoin our growing team,” Cooper said. “He has a competitive spirit that really drives him forward and one of the most successful real estate executives in DFW. Stream’s core values of nice, smart, honest, and passionate are evident in every action he takes—always putting his clients’ needs first.”

Throughout his commercial real estate career, Biggs has been recognized multiple times as a Power Broker by D CEO Magazine as well as a Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal. He was credited for helping to negotiate a 300,000-square-foot lease in Carrollton, Texas, for AmerisourceBergen and assisting Epsilon in finding its corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas.

Biggs wrote a book titled “Is Commercial Real Estate for You?” as a guide to a career that he calls “one of the world’s most dynamic, rewarding, and lucrative professionals.” Proceeds from the book go to Dallas-based Camp John Marc, which inspires confidence for life through high-quality camping programs for children, teens, and families. He spends his free time traveling, playing golf, relaxing with his family, and working out.
