DALLAS— Derek Schuster has been promoted to Vice President with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman. He handles asset-based representation with a focus on investment sales, value-add leasing, and sales transactions in the D-FW market. Schuster is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, where he serves on the Young Professionals Committee. He also served as a past is President of Dallas Uptown, Inc.’s Young Leadership Council. He earned the 2020 Power Broker award, recognizing the top brokerage professionals in North Texas, from D CEO Magazine.
