RealNex Expands Executive Management Team with Addition of Lynn Clarke as EVP, Client Solutions

Commercial real estate technology company RealNex has hired Lynn Clarke as executive vice president, client solutions. Clarke will bring her vast customer support, service, and training capabilities to the firm’s Houston office. “We are thrilled to have Lynn join our team. There she ran a $6 million profit center and she developed Argus University. Her 60-member team managed over 10,000 client relationships. At RealNex, Clarke is tasked with managing the existing client success team and building out the training and services organization. In addition to developing the day-to-day tools to create a powerful self-help educational and training library, Clarke will be expanding the team’s ability to deliver a highly responsive customer support capability while also developing customized use case training and managing data migration, reporting and related service requests. “I am amazed at the breadth and quality of the RealNex platform.
